To have a comprehensive and objective assessment of the overall development quality of real estate enterprises in Henan Province, the China Index Academy organized this "Outstanding Enterprise of High-Quality Real Estate Enterprise Development in Henan Province" selection activity. The evaluation examined various enterprises from multiple dimensions, including operational quality, sustainable development capabilities, and social responsibility performance, ultimately selecting ten outstanding enterprises for their high-quality development.
In the year of 2023, Hengda Group's sales performance ranked among the top 200 Chinese real estate enterprises, the top 20 in Henan Province, the top 10 local real estate enterprises in Henan, and number one in the Xuchang real estate market.
