On December 15, 2023, the document "Decision on Naming the 2021-2022 Henan Youth Civilization Model and Henan Youth Post Expert" (Henan Youth League Document [2023] No. 45) was issued by the Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, in conjunction with 16 units including the Henan Provincial High People's Court. Hengda Group Vice President Lin Wei was awarded the honorary title of "Henan Youth Post Expert".
To unite and lead the majority of young people to actively participate in the dynamic practice of modernizing Henan, the Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, along with 16 units including the Henan Provincial High People's Court, initiated the selection process for the "2021-2022 Henan Youth Civilization Model" and the "2021-2022 Henan Youth Post Expert" in August 2023. After multiple stages including application and registration, review and verification, and public announcement, 393 individuals were ultimately awarded the title of "Henan Youth Post Expert", among whom six were from Xuchang.
